Fierce quiet!

(Oldest Posts First)

Jesus lads fairly quiet lately from the London posters so far this year. Plenty of rumours flying around of new clubs and others struggling and not a dickie bird here! Any sceals out there?

Sounds like Heston won't be fielding a men's team this season. A great shame to see a long standing team disappearing from the men's competition. Hopefully they can regroup and we'll see them back again.

Surely the Brits wont embarrass themselves again this year by entering and getting hammered in every game ?

I was surprised at this one I would have thought Heston were one of the more successful clubs what's happened to them?

The home grown back bone of the team probably either too old or had enough, they were a talented side over the last ten years or more

Heard from the AGM, they weren't happy they weren't getting enough games in there pitch so have decided to pull out and play up there. Fr. Murphys pulling there football team out this year. Was also talks of Shalloe Pearses joining up with Brother Pearses.

Fulham, KKg and TCG also seem to be signing a few aswell. Should be an interesting year after these 3 underachieving last year. TCG will be strong after last year. NLS are quiet on the signing front compared to the last couple of years

Sounds like a few lads are going to be enjoying reserve team football this year! Great to see clubs with 60 odd players and half not playing a meaniful game when there are clubs disbanding and struggling to field 15 players in London gaa then the county board decide to punish the clubs that a struggling to field while the big clubs reap the rewards
