Most capped Monaghan player

Was reading about Colm McFadden who is about to break Brian Ropers record for appearances for Donegal. Was wondering if there are records for most appearances in Monaghan. Surely the County Board keep a record. I would imagine Dick Clerkin is well up there.

Gerry McCarville, Nudie and Declan Loughman would have had very long careers. But with the introduction of the Back door.. I'd say Dick would be ahead of them and maybe vying with Paul Finlay for most games played..

It would have to be a modern day player with the amount of games played nowadays, so I'd say it's Dick by a long way. Finlay didn't make his debut until 2003 if I remember right, along with the likes of Vinny, so those two would probably be up there too but I'd imagine Dick leads by quite a bit as he rarely missed a game.
