Unity may be the key to St.Gall's success at club level, but it's still only club level.Real success is measured at county level and everyone knows that.

Get behind the county.Success at county level is where the real rewards lie.

This is correct Bushwacker. The key to St Galls success is that 1 plus 1 equals 3. The sum of the team is always greater than its components. Antrim needs to replicate this. The St Galls players will go through hell and high water for each other. This is not to say that they all like each other or live in each others pockets. But they know that for success they must ultimately depend on each other. Team building is not done on the pitch or the training ground. I know the county can't train in January, but they should arrange bonding sessions., it will also help flatten out some egos.

must be missing something but i thought all the ego's came from St Galls...

Mambo there are ego's in every club team, st galls get more flack for it because they are sucessful, if they were a mid table div one team, there would be no fuss made over it, so catch a grip.
