All Star Nominations

Interesting list of nominations.....county champions Errigal have only 3 (their county players), is the list just a who's who of tyrone football or was the list drawn up by the same list of experts who overwhelmingly predicted a Dromore win on sunday?

I like the idea but how are they picked? As a Carrickmore man i am proud to have 2 nominated. If i was a player i would be a bit dissapointed in the 2 selected as there have been others alot better all year.

how in under a god did a former number 7 for Tyrone get a nomination? In the 2 games I seen him in the championship the man simply did nothing. And lets be honest, the nominations are made up of how you do in the championship. Must off been the same man that done the player ratings in the tyrone herald on Monday.. Shocking!!

I think you would fit in very well working for the Herald.

Are you serious?

None of the goalkeepers clubs done well in the championship, none of the coalisland boys that got nominations didnt have a great championship season but an excellent league. Gareth Devlin, Niall Gavin, Cathal O'Neill, connor McAliskey, Darren Mccurry, Shane Mulgrew, Kevin Mossey and paddy Quinn have all got nominations without having a good championship season.

So you saying it is how you do in the championship says if you get a nomination or not? Look through the list and look at results in league and championship then come back! the player you have questioned has been in outstanding form all year and captained his club to an All Ireland 7s title, more than a lot of players nominated can say!

Well if it is going on league form then Carickmores nominees should have been Fin McGill , Ed Fox and Ciaran McAleer. I seen somewhere that Carmen played close to 4o players in league football, which means it can be taken seriously as a competition in division1

None of the Errigal team selected in the forward line, you wouldn't think they are county champions
