I bought into the hype around Cambridge. They won the blitz a few months ago and that's why some people made them favourites. I believe in all my 4/5 rovers was a great price. 1/4 now even though Oxford will be a great opponent. There first county final for a long time. Hopefully they defend there league title.

Saint Albans talk of a clean sweep is laughable now.

Looks like Oxford must be favourites to win at this stage.....

they have the hunger and the run of form at to win this final quiet easy.....

Rovers will need a miracle to pull it out of the bag at this stage............

Looks that way but Watford love championship, seems all other comps are of no interest to them

I cannot see past Oxford now......they looked very strong last week in the league final. They brought on a forward who ran the show and then took him off when the damage was done, apparently a brother of the Donnellans that used to play for Galway a few years back? Rovers were average but I agree that come c'ship they do become a different animal. Oxford by 4/5 points!

My odds might as well be thrown out at this stage. Oxford not being in a final since 1991 this is massive for them. Watford will be pulling it out of the bag but they undefeated in championship last 5 years tbh. Gonna be very even. Remember earlier in the year Watford beat Oxford very very easy.

What odds will you give me on oxford daskip? if i am there sunday ill be wearing a white rose so you can find me!! hopefully its a good game but fear a one sided game in favour of Oxford, watford have no midfield and will be cleaned out of it around the middle, giving oxford the majority of possession which will be key on sunday!

Game is at 3.30. A one sided game sounds like your giving me a 7 point head start.

Its true......Oxford midfield will lord it up down the middle and their forwards will be too strong for an ageing Rovers defence. Donnellan will have a field day with them. Eire Og to win at a canter. 7 points is being nice. 3-12 to 7pts to the Oxford men!

How come Oxford had home advantage in Championship final. Sounds a bit unfair...

Previous year Rovers and Dympnas agreed to have a coin toss for Home advatage as they both agreed not to play at St Albans.

Oxford proposed a coin toss at a county board meeting and Watford seconded it. Oxford won coin toss. Luck was on there side nothing unfair about it.
