Any idea what time the games are being played Saturday?

I think the way they say (tbc) after on here means they wont be played this weekend, cant imagine teams will have their strongest teams out on a Saturday and so will probably postpone.

Anyone any ideas whats happening with the county website, looks like time stood still in 2013!!

The county board are a shambles. Who in their right mind would try and rearrange fixtures on St Patricks weekend and only give the respective clubs 5 days notice.

Unless its another ploy to get the gate receipts at PHN up...........................

Bit of common sense would not go a miss

Perhaps the person who jumped the gun by advertising them Battles. The board didn't fix games it was idea to be discussed at meeting last Monday when alternative date was arranged. Yet sure what's the issue of fixing Gaelic games on St Patrick's weekend? Can understand not having games on the Sunday due to the parade but surely this on a Saturday is a better way to promote Irish culture than just living up the the sterotype of the Irish just getting drunk!

Chat about a Mitchels all britain on Sunday.
Surely they have added if there is any truth in that.
Big improvement needed in all teams in Warwickshire this year as last years standard was very poor.

Can't see Battles predictions being to far off this weekend maybe Casements will spring another surprise as they have the advantage of being at home and having a competitive game under their belt and I also think Barnabas will win by a 10 point margin. Overall looks like a good weekend of football with the majority of games looking like they will be competitive.

Big win for go Braghs in Nottingham, have they got their act together or are Barnabus struggling this year, that's two defeats at home on the bounce!!

Is the Warwickshire website not going to be updated at all this year?

Went over to coventry to watch Mitchell's v casements yesterday and I was very impressed with casements. It is still early in the year but they seem to have their house in order and have a headstart over the rest of the teams at this stage of the season.I was very impressed with the new midfielder and the half back line. Could be dark horses for some silverware this year.

The Casments backline must be very stingey altogether. 1-1 for JM. Did they have a forward line on at all?

Refreshing to see some shock results last weekend, but nothing is won and lost in March. Casements early pace setters, but only a fool would write off Mitchels they were nowhere near full strength last weekend. Good win for EGB in Notts, not an easy place to go and win maybe they have turned the corner? Macs still the team to beat

I would say two of Casements half forwards were more impressive than the half backs but the new midfielder is possibly the best in the County. As Lethal says Mitchels were far from full strength so would read little into the result. This weekend shall be interesting with the first meeting of the big 2 this year and Casements going to Erdington to play go Bragh who recorded a fine win over Bsrnabas.

So the first meeting of the so called 'big 2' this weekend, very early in the season but results this year point to a macs win !

Mitchells v Macs - Macs by +5
EGB v Casements - Casements by +5

St Brendans v Four Masters - FM by +5
N.Padraig v St Marys - NP By +5

Finbars v Josephs - Josephs by +5
O'Rahillys v Rugby - O'Rahillys by +5

Such a shame after the hard work to restructure the leagues and draw up fixture lists nothing shown on the website still!

I made a few enquiries and it seems all the new casements recruits won't be around for the summer most of them just keeping fit for the clubs at home. Once these new players realise they have signed for the wrong club they will be off. Casements always seem to start strong but by august the wheels well and truly come off. Probably will be the same this year
