Antrim minor hurlers v Waterford

(Oldest Posts First)

What chance do the minor hurlers have this weekend against Waterford? Anybody missing or is everybody fit?

red card rules out Ryan McCambridge who is a big loss at midfield. A few injuries to some of the panel like broke toes etc but we will do our best to prove hurling in the north is every bit as good as it is in munster. The lads played KK U17s last weekend in a warm up and by all accounts put up a good display however Waterford will be a step up. Good luck to the lads

I wouldn't be thinking Waterford will be much of a step up, this is going to be a very close game, waterford left the munster final behind them at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick last week and just didn't do the business in reply v Limerick, been doing alot of hurling with alot of the panel on U21 and senior panels, tiredness must be a factor at this stage, were raging favourites in these games v limerick and beaten, ashbourne is along way from waterford as it is from antrim, this will be a cracker and one im looking forward too, best of luck to the glensmen but for me, the deise by 4.

I hope you're right Judge, but things are not going well with Antrim hurling at the minute.

Other than McCambridge pretty much as strong as they could be, sunday will be a massive step up from kilkenny and the bhoys know thatt. We should all make an effort to get to the game and show our support!
