Tatts win reserve champs as predicted. Played well all year, well done.

Went to Strabane for the champ double header. Clans went a bit flat against the Dergers, SON went off injured but never really got into the game. BD didn't get to influence stuff the way he would have liked to.Dergers hair was up from the start and it was a great game for the spectators, nice scores by both sides but all agreed the better team won the match. In fact Dergers squandered a lot of second half chances to really put the nail in the Clans. Felt a bit sorry for the Dregish lads who got a bit over run against the Roes. Terrible weather played its part but the Roes stuck to the system and won easy.

Nice to hear Niall Conway say it could well be a Derg Owen Roes final but I reckon he is already planning to meet the men of the Hill and slide up to division 2.

Derg supporters tell me this is the farthest they have got in the champ in a long number of years and to get to the final would be a great achievement. I have that feeling that they will give Derrytresk a real game of it to get there.

Anyone know a venue for the semis?

And congratulations to the CB for effectively killing off the Div 3 reserve league. A fortnight ago a Sunday match fixture after reserve champ on the Saturday??? Two league games last Saturday and next Saturday with the soccer now also on the Saturday. Have a look and actually see how many fixtures have been fulfilled this last few weeks. Some senior teams struggling to field also, need to learn from this guys.

Congratulations to all our players and management on winning the Division 3 league. A massive effort put in by everyone this year and it paid off yesterday and also a county final to look forward to on the 5th October.

Killeeshil not down just yet, although I cant see them beating Brackaville. Good work by the Lough this year, look like making the play offs for promotion to div 1.

Well done to all our players yesterday on completing the double. A really big effort put in this year by all players and now you have your rewards. Good luck in your Ulster clash against Moneymore.
