Sundays Game vs Limerick

(Oldest Posts First)

What are the chances Sheedy will experiment on Sunday? Its anyones guess on the starting 15.We can at least try out a few new players & put players in other positions.I think a win is important as talking of a huge margin of victory is not important as the Limerick make-shift team have shown fighting qualities so far.Id like to see a team of...

I think some guys are not showing up at games when given a chance...John O'Brien , Seamus Hennessey , Thomas Stapelton , Conor O'Brien are just a few to dissapoint so far.I think throwing Webster in full-forward for this game just to see as he maybe used later in the year by Sheedy if were having problems in the full-forward area.

Do we need to play guys like...E.Kelly , Corbett , McGrath Callinan on Sunday & if Sheedy left out these lads who could we replace them with?I hear Paul Kelly is doing well again in training.

Lads I'd like to see callinan on the wing was more effective there against galway. I think it's the right position for him, also O'mahoney could be in danger of loosing his place with curran and full back Maher can be played at center-back, I know o'mahanony is not fully fit yet but there's an extra option there this year seen as maher has proven himself so well in a year and a half.

Think hammersley should be given a serious run in the league think he can cut it at county level not short on confidence (cocky if anything) and has a good work rate.

Yeah Hammersley looked classy in the Fitzgibbon cup alright. If Jody Brennan stays injury free he'll get a chance too. Cahill definitely derserves a chance because he played really well for Thurles last year.

They will need a lot of luck ondabutton.Ye were fair lucky to beat them the first day.Galway players would be more in line if they put their fingers "ondabutton", They might win something then. If Limerick had a full 15 that day they wuda whipped ye out the gate.

No better man to put him in his place!!!He'll soon go back to posting on the Galway site. With their double loss last week his probably sick of posting stuff about how bad Galway are in both codes!!

Tipp to win by 10-12 points. Limerick will put up a brave first half performance but inexperience will be the reason they fall behind in the second hallf (like every game to date)
