Nonsense jimbo. The funny thing is that it's the Leinster final that will be the undoing of Dublin, Dublin farted around for 50/55 minutes today to try to take heat of the debate. It won't work.

It was the beach volleyball goals that killed Mayo.

A lot of supporters on here with the we're beat attitude before a ball is kicked. Love to be playing Dublin in Croke Park but at least give it a go. Counties have to raise their game and do the simple things right. Giving ball away, kicks into keepers arms, loose defending for goals, giving away frees, these all add up. Dubs don't do it , plus they don't panic. Saynothing (Tyrone) - Posts: 2288 - 19/12/2020 22:27:42 2324219 Link 2 |
A lot of disrespect on here to a great group of Dublin players on and off the pitch. Thankfully real GAA people don't mix the players up with any funding gripes they might have. Best wishes to the great Mayo people and players. They will win Sam soon no question. bad.monkey (USA) - Posts: 4649 - 19/12/2020 22:29:19 2324221 Link 4 |
Agreed, except for the last bit.

If it's true that Limerick had to leave the McCarthy cup in the stand then we need an explanation from Croke Park as to why Dublin were allowed to bring the cup onto the pitch. Is it possible that Dublin are being given preferential treatment? Surely not!!

For the whole of Ireland except Dublin if we're been honest

It's also worth noting that jimbo questioned whether or not Meath had given their best in the Leinster final this year, yet reacted with anger and ridicule when Dublin's efforts were questioned tonight. There's a double standard for you :-) Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 19/12/2020 22:49:38 2324233 Link 9 |
How do you know they're great off the pitch? What does that even mean?

And AOS not turning up, DOC being poor and failing to make any advantage of the Dublin black card.

Poor Lee Keegan got hit that hard I think his Gps stopped working, he'd be as well throw it away again. Tirchonaill1 (Donegal) - Posts: 3175 - 19/12/2020 23:13:54 2324249 Link 3 |

I agree with you 100% apart from Mayo winning Sam, I think they have missed their chances years ago, today was never really there for them. in '16 and '17 they had their chance and didn't take it, Aidan O'Shea again a big let down against Dublin in a final.
