Hunger seems to be a buzz word on this forum. Watford winning at a canter away to Luton and now a home fixture v Oxford. Doesn't matter how hungry a team is. A Watford win on the cards.

It's a free game anyways. Both teams can play safe in knowledge that the season goes on.

Be a good game looking forward to it. Wonder how hard voth will go as they have both qualified anyway. Suppose avoiding Cambridge should be motivation enough.

id say watford might prefer cambridge

On to the semis we go. Two weeks time guessing they will be in Luton as it'd be neutral for all four teams left.

anyone at the game? any good? do cambridge need to fear either?

Was an attritional game. Watfords defence is different class. Oxford never got going but that was also down to Watford not letting them. Must mention Cambridge referee who had a very good game. I guess Cambridge will get past Oxford and then Watford Saint Albans will be one of them hard fought games.

i heard if Oxford had a forward or two it may have been a different outcome, St. Albans have forwards that can score and proved that in the league game against Watford....tough game in store!

Watford had another gear or two and didn't need to push on Sunday game was over after 10 mins of restart. Saint Albans will be a tougher test but one that they will pass. It won't be a pretty game that's for sure.

I heard that Rovers played a game during the week v London opposition and got well beat. Cannot see past St Albans as they are high on confidence at the moment. The only thing is that Rovers have been in this position so many times and have always came out on top. Should be a tight one!

How much confidence can a team gather from a lose to Cambridge and beating Saint Joes twice?? As opposed to two convincing wins versus solid teams such as Luton and Oxford?? Gonna be a cracking game Sunday anyway. As I've said all year Rovers will beat them. Championship week and thrash talking great craic

St. Albans by 3 or 4 to spare! they just seem to always have the measure of Rovers! is there extra time or not???? just want to be sure like

I think we've established at this stage there is no extra time in championship. Rules are rules.

Rovers won by 2pts and Oxford won by 4 or 5. Cannot see past Rovers now?

custardcreams (Clare) - Posts: 19 - 11/08/2014 13:01:15    1634902

The ref in both games was shocking!!!

Rovers beat Colmcilles by 2points think it was 1.7 0.8

Oxford caused what will be seen as an upset to some 2.8 to 1.6.
