Question for Tyrone lads here

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Fair enough Gotmilk, but i would argue that bitegates 1&2 in Dublin plus Galvin-Gate in Kerry got easily as much condemnation
See the diff is with Tyrone it seems to be happening on a far more regular basis. I would contend Dublin get more criticism than anyone incl Tyrone when something goes wrong or someone misbehaves, but it just doesnt happen as often so it doesnt get as much air time.
With Tyrone it does seem to be one thing after another.
Do u not agree ??

In all honesty Liam i don't think Tyrone are as guilty as anything as others. For example the u21 thing was a hoobabaloo about nothing. Honestly if some fella can't deal with someone knowing the name of his mother then there is something wrong with him. Again if Micky Murphy cant cope with Justin McMahons marking he shouldn't be playing the game. I have watched the game twice and i can't see anything wrong with McMahons performance. It's what a defender is supposed to do. Not give his man an inch. Thats what McMahon did.
The minor incident i don't condone however. But is it anyworse than the young minors from Westmeath taking abuse last year?

Liam would you ever give over, the general consensus here is that you are talking rubbish. Go and get a job fella would ye, You seem to fit the description for most GAA writers in the irish papers so I would try there first.

Can some shut this pointless thread down. Donegal v Tyrone game was blown out of proportion. Both teams were at stuff, they won, they move on, end of the story.

We are all terrible terrible people here in tyrone and mickey harte is running a Nazi operation up in garvaghey drumming it in to us to churn out ricey mc menamin one after another.

Can you imagine the RTE and southern media if they discovered that Mickey Harte met with Sean Cavanagh the day before the game ' Look we can win this game , if we can take Michael Murphy/ Neil Gallagher out of it, try and brake his jaw in the opening seconds........

NOW - this did happen..

Jack O'Connor met with T. Keneally before the All-Ireland ( its in his book) and decided that the most effective game plan would be take Cork's Nicholas Murphy out in the throw -in'
Murphy went off injured.... Kerry won..... media accepted it.....
CONFUSSED!!!

To be honest, Id find that hard to believe about O'Connor. He doesn't strike me as the type, and I get the impression that Kennelly is kinda full of **** at the best of times. But we will assume it did. The thing is, how does that justify what tyrone do? It doesn't make it ok or qualify it in any way.
