Think ppl make too much out of Wexfords defeat of Clare. Remember how easily Cork beat Clare? and Clare had 13 men.

Another close one i feel. I was mighty impressed with waterford's opening 2 or 3 games in the national league, even in the defeat to tipp. I was surprised to see them relegated. Their championship form has been hot and cold also. I'm probably speaking with purple and gold tinted glasses here but i think we can pip them by one or two.

This is without doubt a 50/50 game,if we perform like we did against Clare and cut down the wides we will win but i don't know how much the last 2 weeks has taken out of us both mentally and physically

We are in bonus territory here,losing to Clare with 13 men would have been a complete disaster so last weeks win should take a weight off our players shoulders

Totally 50/50. Too close to call. I'd hace Waterford as slight favorites. Judging by the first day vs cork and how clinical they were against laois you'd have to say they are a serious team with some great players.

If we can bring the same intensity as the Clare game, improve the shooting by even 20% and keep the silly frees to a minimum we'll be there or there abouts. 2 or 3 points going either way but make no mistake Waterford will fancy themselves.

If we are in a position with 20 odd minutes to go we absolutely have to close it out. We won't get away with.messing like we did in Ennis or Wexford park. Win/lose or draw I'll be proud of this summer

We dominanted Clare as much as cork did,but cork were clinical and showed it on the scoreboard,we were far from clinical hence it took us 180 mins of hurling to finish Clare off

Think Waterford will do it. Shame in some ways to lose one of them, think they're both young exciting teams.

Not long to go now. A lot depends on how we have physically and mentally repaired from the Clare games. Expecting a huge performance from Waterford. There is nothing to choose between both teams. Heart says Wexford head says Waterford. I'm going to with my heart and say Wexford to win by a point or two!

Wexford will have wasted alot of energy over the last two weeks as oppose to Waterford. Wexford struggled past a 13 man Clare at home too.

Half time score, Wexford 2-9 Waterford 0-12. Keith Rossiter gone off for Wexford, big blow for them. Wexford started better but Waterford came back into it strongly. Goal for Wexford before half time has given them the advantage. Wexford trying to be too clever I feel, over doing short passing with both hand and stick. Waterford have picked them off a few times doing this. When they let the ball in quickly they're full forward line looks lethal. If I was to predict a winner right now it would be Wexford, unless the Waterford full back line can get to grips with McGovern and McDonald.
