Hope I am wrong,but I think Meath will struggle against Offaly.. This team have beaten Meath at Minor,and being impressive in hammering Wexford and beating Kildare so far.. Plus Eamon Wallace and Cillian O'Sullivan are major losses for Meath..

Dublin 3.-7 Longford 0-6. Mannion with 2-2 I think .Conghaile with the last. Longford played a lot better in second half and Dublin had 13 wides , but damage was done in first half.

A good club team would have beat Fermanagh tonight but worth the admission to see Mc Brearty's scores!! Couldn't understand Maxi not emptying the bench when 10 points up and letting other players get some game time. After all he was the one that was complaining about player burnout in the papers.

please tell me the u21 leinster final will not be in parnell park or crooke park, I suppose GAA will think its great craic having meath v Dublin in a final in croke park or some such nonsense. I propose Mullingar, easy fro both counties to get to and large expat dub crowd in Mullingar anyway if the GAA are so worried about the gate being down if they come away from Dublin, either that or the 2001 venue where meath v Dublin last met in final was Newbridge

Brilliant performance from tipp last night, 2-22 is some scoring with the wind that was there, 2-21 of it from play. Tough game now v cork but will go in with nothing to fear
