Great battle that day alright. Will never forget Damian O Reillys hook of the ball that day (its on youtube) We forgave McHugh about 1997. The replay in Ballybofey now that was one to forget. Looking forward to seeing next generation of McHughs tonight (hopefully well curtailed)

Featherstone was the one to go back off as he was the one who came on for Mullooly as the blood sub.

It's amazing the strides Cavan have made in this grade over the last number of years and the bar is set for the so called smaller counties like my own to try and emulate them by following their superb underage structure. But for too many counties this gap is only getting bigger between the best and the worst

Incredible. Absolutely incredible achievement. 4 in a row of Ulster u21 titles. The hardest province of them all. And to not only win it once, but to dominate it so convincingly at this level as well is testament to the huge effort the county has put into underage structures. I am stunned by it. Pride does not come close to describing how I feel. Massive well done to the lads for the commitment they've put in, its been a pleasure following this team the last few years.

Looking forward to the semi v Dublin, this is the classic immovable object meets an unstoppable force. Defensive vs attacking, complete clash of styles. Can we do it? I have a sneaking feeling we can. We have not gone as far as we have been capable of outside of Ulster in this competition to date, but I think that can change this time.

Well done lads.

Future is well and truly blue in Ulster.

What a finish from Cavan.
Never say die attitude.
Brilliant win after having injury and black card setbacks they fought like demons.

Some achievement by both Cork and Cavan on capturing their respective 4th successive provincial U21 titles.

Roll on the Semi's now...!
Fancy Cork to make the U21 Final and the Dublin v Cavan semi could be a cracker.
But I think it will be a Dublin v Cork Final.

If ulster is the hardest province to win, why haven't Cavan went on and won the All-Ireland?

Surely Cavan will have to kick on now an win an allireland if they don't there will always be a nagging doubt as to their capability to win sam in the next 10 years. Wll Cavan go on and win 1 or 2 all Irelands with this team at senior level inn next 10 years? or will they end up like Limerick U21 hurlers in early 2000s who after 3 all Irelands only ever got 1 munster title and 1 all Ireland appearance. I suupose the question is would cavan fans be happy with 1 ulster title and 1 all Ireland appearance (losing) as a result of ths 4 in a row. of course they could yet go on and emulate their seniors of the 1930s/40s who put 7 ulster titles in a row!

I think what they mean that Ulster has the least divide compared to other province's. Anybody is capable of winning it. The other province's have 1 or 2 max stand out teams that have unfortunately been to strong for Cavan.
Wel done lads 4 in a row brilliant.
