Captain James Kearns accepted the cup on behalf of the team from Martin Fitzgerald from Wicklow County Board and thanked the lads and the management of Peter Behan and Steven Doyle for all the hard work they have put into the team.

U7's - U7 boys travelled with 2 teams to St Edwards on Sat 7 Oct in the NKL. Both teams played excellent football showing the high quality of skills, defending and hard work that they have been busy practising. Well done lads. Only one game remaining with an away fixture v Carbury on Sat. Time TBC.

U8's/U9's - Both the 8's and 9's were in action today in the NKL. The 8's faced Balyna in the first game and battled their hearts out to a 13-7 victory with some fine scores taken and equally good defending... stand out performers were Cormac Smith and Dylan Callaghan. The 9's delivered a top performance against a good Leixlip team coming away with a 7-4 victory. The team were very good all over but special mention for David Caldwell and Daniel smith for their top performances. Next up for the U9's is an away game v Kilcock (TBC).

U10's - Our U10's played Naas on Sat 7 Oct and despite their best efforts the lads couldn't manage to get enough scores against a strong Naas team.

U11's - On Sat 7 Oct the U11's played Kilcock at home. Despite missing a lot of the regular squad, the lads played out a competitive game against a physical Kilcock team. Behind at half time the second half saw a much-improved performance and Blesso created a lot more good chances. Some wayward finishing and 5 minutes scoring blitz from Kilcock saw them run out winners at the end. Thanks to James Phibbs for helping out playing and to Jimmy Mulhall for reffing. The lads are up against St Kevin's at home on Sat 14 Oct (TBC).

U12/U13's -  Training Wed 6:30 to 7:30. The lads face Eire Og away in Ballinakill on Mon 9 Oct at 7.15pm. Please support.

U17's - The lads had a great game v Luke O'Tooles in Ballinakill on Sat 7 Oct. Blessington were 2 pts down with 2 minutes of normal time to go but unfortunately time ran out for them and the final score was in favour of Luke O'Tooles. 3-05 to 1-14. That was the final game under the juvenile umbrella for 10 of our lads who will hopefully stay playing football for the club for many years to come. Team: Cian Geraghty, Cormac Roe, Craig Magure, Fionn Walsh, Ruairi Finan, Brian Bohan, David Williamson, Eoin Higgins, Conall O'Gallchobhair, Jake O'Kelly, Ciaran Paton, James Mulligan, Kevin Quinn, Jordan McGarr, Ethan Cotter.
