The Late Tom Purser
Another strong G.A.A. family to suffer a sad bereavement was the Kelly's of Fedan. Their brother in law Tom Purser of Hacketstown died peacefully after a long illness bravely borne.
Tom was a Clonmore and Carlow footballer and plied his skills at venues through-out West Wicklow as well as Carlow.
To Tony and Mary, two of the best known personalities in Wicklow gaeldom, be it football, hurling or camogie, to their family and the Purser family we extend our sympathy.
