The 2015 Wicklow SFC will get up and running this weekend.

The clubs haven't had much notice but they will have to be ready to hit the ground running with a total of six mouth-watering clashes going down for decision.

It doesn't get much bigger than the meeting of Blessington and Bray Emmets at Aughrim on Saturday evening (5:30) and this is preceded by the meeting of Baltinglass and Avondale at 4.

Also at 4 on Saturday, Kiltegan and North District come face to face in Arklow.

There are also three games on Sunday, including another double-header at the county grounds: Hollywood V Coolkenno at 1pm and champions Rathnew V senior newcomers St Bodens at 2:45.

The final match of the weekend takes place at Arklow at 5:30 on Sunday and pits Eire Og against Newtown.
