Westmeath and Kerry will meet in the Division 2A final following a dramatic final round this afternoon.

Trailing bogey side Carlow by 0-12 to 1-13 with eight minutes remaining at Cusack Park, Westmeath staged a late comeback to win 1-14 to 1-13. Cormac Boyle's goal brought them level before Niall O'Brien's injury-time free sent them into the divisional final.

There they will face a revitalised Kerry who recorded a 3-17 to 2-10 victory over London in Tralee. Meanwhile, Derry's hopes of reaching the decider were dashed by a shock 1-8 to 0-12 defeat to Wicklow in Owenbeg.

Despite the result, Wicklow are relegated back to Division 2B.
