Under 13/14:
There was no under 13 or 14 squad training last weekend due to Feile activity but the squads will be back in camp this weekend.

Under 15:

Our U15 squad completed their fifth coaching session last Saturday with 30 players in attendance. Gary Jameson completed as always an excellent warm up and S&C phase to the session. The two skills that were worked on during the next part of the session were tackling and kick passing with the players receiving valuable feedback from GDA Paul Garigan. The lads the finished up with a 15 a side game, concentrating on moving the ball quickly. Coaching again next Saturday at 10.30.

Under 16/17:

U17 squad did a gym session then played the under 16 squad in a training game, very competitive 30 mins which proved a worthwhile exercise for both teams and plans for more matches between both panels are planned.
