Well done to Dean Healy on receiving the County Senior Football Captaincy. We are delighted and proud as a club as indeed are Dean's family and friends.The very best to the Wicklow Senior Footballers and the Senior Wicklow Senior Hurlers for the 2015 season.
We are hosting Foundation Courses for aspiring under aged coaches next Saturday Starting at 9:30 am and finishing at 2:30 pm at our clubhouse. There are still some course places available and you may contact Alan Lawlor at 086
2744498 if you want to sign up or indeed if you are interested in coaching under age. We are always looking for volunteers and coaches in the club. Now is the time to get involved. Don't be afraid to ask any of our Committee members or indeed any of our players.
Well done to the Senior Ladiies at DCW who had a great win last week and a special congratulations to Teacher and coach Ms.Kathryn Fox and To Dean Healy and to captains Clodagh Fox and Aimi Healy.
Well done to all the Garden County GAA Sports Stars Recipients 2014 on their awards and especially our own club members Ciaran McGettigan for Minor Footballer of the year. This was a great achievement by Ciaran.Well done also to Andrew Cornyn who received a Special Sports Stard Award and well done to Mick Behan from Ashford who was inducted into the Wicklow Hall Of Fame.
