This weekend all attention is on the small ball code as the senior hurling championship semi-finals take place.

Joule Park is the place to be on Sunday afternoon as Glenealy take on St Pat’s and Carnew Emmets face Bray Emmets.

Both games are expected to be close affairs with all four teams confident that they can go on and book their place in the county final.

However, only two can make it and they are tough games to call. Glenealy need to shackle the O’Brien brothers if they are to progress.

Bray will be looking to put one over on Carnew and the former should have the edge in the battle of the Emmets.
