Wicklow minor footballers are working hard ahead of their Leinster MFC clash against Offaly on May 7th.

Despite the adverse weather conditions of late, the minors under the managership of Kevin O'Brien have been preparing for the match against the Faithful next month.

Last weekend, they played Tipperary in a challenge match at Dr Morris Park, Thurles and came away with an impressive 2-12 to 2-09 win over the Premier County.

Matthew Ging top scored for the Garden County with an impressive 1-06, 1-02 of which came from play, while Eoin Darcy chipped in with 1-01 as Wicklow trailed by a point at the break.

Wicklow lined out for the challenge game in their new kit which has been kindly sponsored by Darcy Sands.
