Think a lot of people did, great determination from Murphys though played well in the 2nd half. Pearses lost there discipline and Bardon punished them. Be a tough 2 games in the all Britain now but they should prevail.

There playing John Mitchells of Warwickshire sunday in Pairc Na hEireann at 12:45. Winners play Fullen Gaels in the final. Mitchells bet Barnabas 6-12 to 11pts yesterday.

Murphy's looked very fit, and in the last 15 minutes I think that swayed it. Super free taking and the last score was a worthy winner of any match. Pearse's were very physical, Murphy's were well able for it. From the games I saw out there, neither team are intermediate, both very strong teams that would have gave the 4 senior semi finalists a real game of it. What are John Mitchell's like?
Senior final this weekend, Emmett's to run away with it? Gabriel's don't have the backs to deal with Emmett's forwards?

Mitchell's are a decent team have strong forwards, will definetly be a good battle between the 2, Murphy's will have them extra matches in London as well, so I think they will edge it, but Fullen Gaels await the winners and they look strong this year, recruited some good hurlers and i'm sure they'll fly over some the good hurlers they used to have for the final if they are allowed. Murphys by +4.

Emmets to beat the Gabriels there to strong after a great performance in the semi final made it look easy.

Very scrappy county final today emmetts did enough in the end..maybe should have put more ball into Roberts and chawke when they had the space after the sending off of there full forward..all credit to Robert emmetts on getting two in a row

I thought the Pearse's vs Murphy's final was a lot better than the senior final. Emmett's forwards far more clinical. The referee broke up the flow of the game. Gabriel's gave a brave performance as I thought Emmett's would blow them away.
Any report of the Murphy's vs Mitchell's game? 3 points, close enough.

I no its a football comment but would the senior champs not be better of playing in the intermediate grade as regards all Ireland quater finals just like the senior hurling winners......

100% yes I've always found this a joke as the manager said on sunday once we got to grips with the first 10 mins we were comfortable, teams coming over form ireland really don't push themselves the senior championship is beyond the london clubs they should play within there level and have a great chance off all ireland glory.

they should go in to the first round in one of the Provinces, might have some chance rather than playing one of the provincial winners, also they would not have the long lay off between, the county final and the All Ireland QF.
