Oh my I did say no lecture please. And I will say again the ordinary man did as much for kerry football as any teacher ever did and thesm that had to leave ireland also did as much and I fed up with your preaching this is the last time I will read or reply to any of your post.

Jaysus I saw him in full flight one day, he must have scored 1-9 from play, certainly wasn't a fan of passing thats for sure but I suppose when you are scoring that who cares!

Larry Tompkins plucks for Kerry in the replay, from what I've seen his been the only commentator to favour us!
Nerves well and truly tingling now, finding it very hard to concentrate in work yesterday or today!!
Is the team being named tonight or tomorrow evening?

How is everyone feeling? What team do you think we should start and what should we do this time to give us the best chance of causing what still seems to be spoken of as a massive upset?

Posted this during the week - Anyway for we I would keep Tommy in reserve, I'm between two minds regarding Sherwood but I expect we will start Barry, Moran and Adrain that's the formation PK likes and has tried and trusted in his intercounty days to date,

For me it's Ryan, Foley, Morley, Tom Sull, Murphy, Sherwood, Crowley, Moran, Barry, Adrain, Seanie, White/O'Beagleach Clifford, Paul and Stephen.

lovely Twitter today from Alma mater of people like Dr Eamonn O Sullivan ,Paul Russel, Johnny Culloty , John O Keefe -St Brendan's College Killarney . To name the players who learned their trade in that nursery would fill pages ,10 of the present panel of 40 went through its hallowed halls Jack O Connor and Peter Keane were recipients of the finished articles who had won trophy after trophy with the college . Added to them the cohort from Pobal Scoil Chorcha Uí Dhuíbhne who under the tutelage of Eamonn Fitzmaurice and friends ,Tommy Griffin among them honed their football skills. One will find that they learned more than grammar and applied mathematics from their dedicated teachers Ordinary men who achieved extra -ordinary results . Others also contributed to the rich tapestry of Kerry's football story and hopefully in 48 hours time another glorious chapter will be opened , Tosach maith leath na h-oibre .

3 Kerry lads on the Underdogs tonight at half 9 on TG4 if anyone is interested. Anthony Darmody of Rathmore, Jason Hickson of Annascaul and Johnny O'Leary of Crokes. Mickey Ned O'Sullivan is manager.

Convinced we will. As big as the Dublin panel are we actually have more options then them and considering the volume of back room staff they had none of them say the kerry onslaught unfolding. Someone remarked they seriously regroup at HT - if PK is springing a major surprise then after HT is the time to do it

As Caesar crossed the Rubicon he sighed the die is cast
Now PK leads his fledgling team
to claim the prize at last
The gurus on the Forum
all have had their say
Advising the canny trainer
But n o notice will he pay
The Hermit and his Kingdom boy
better job would do
Traleejerry tears his hair out
To what Sligo says he has no clue
But now the banter's over
With talk we''ll Not win Sam
So for the Laochraí clad in Green and Gold
to pray is what we'll do
That the young guns from the Kingdom
Shoot down the men in Blue

Go raibh amhalaidh a bhèadh sé
Ciarraí Abù

The butterflies have set in!! Can't wait for this. I'm usually a day tripper but I'm staying the night this time and will be going on the lash in town after with some old friends hopefully we'll be celebrating!!

Is it just me or were tickets an absolute nightmare this time? I live in Kilkenny so presumably most went to Dublin / Kerry or something but I've never had such a struggle, and two of the group I'm meeting are still not sorted.

I've given up trying to analyse anything at this stage because both teams will probably have a surprise in the line up. God willing it goes our way

Safe travels guys
