Hard to understand what is going on with Gaoith Dobhair at the moment.

To have a team with such an embarrasment of riches to be playing negative, safety first football is baffling & disappointing in equal measure.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm struggling to remember a bigger shock result in recent times, maybe Malin beating Eunans back in 2013 was it?.
What does this mean for Glenswilly now? I would assume they need to beat Milford well and hope to scrape through on points difference?

Wasn't a huge surprise, Glenswilly were 7/2 and it was lashing rain on the day. There was a queue in Ladbrokes on the main street in Ballybofey to get on before throw in.

Have to admit it looks like there were two of ye at it Eunans.

While I can understand Eunans going defensive away to Gaoith Dobhair I simply can't understand what the Magheragallon men are at.

Have they so little confidence in themselves that this is the way they are going to try & win the championship? They were going great guns in the last weeks of the league with the county players back, all the more baffling.

Right enough lockjaw, the favourites tag has never sat well with me. The Glenswilley game from a couple of years ago is still raw!

Planning on being in your beautiful county this week end and hope to watch a few club games. Any recommendations?

Curlew, if you want to watch beautiful, free flowing football then scenic Towney is the only place to be!!

No Towney is certainly not the place to be ,cakewalk for Kilcar ,the bridge I would suggest ,a tight struggle between St Michael,s and St eunans .

Hi"
I wouldn't want any Roscommon man going back home with the impression that what he will see in the Eunan's St Michael's game is Donegal football at it's entertaining best.

If Eunans and St Michael's go at it hammer and tongs without any blanket defences then it should hopefully be the tie of the weekend. Most of the other groups look to be clear cut enough.

15 vs 15. County final 2019. Pure football. No blanket.

Would you put the house on it?

Not made it to any games yet but will hopefully catch some from the knockout phases. Unfortunately not the greatest weekend of games. The highlight obviously being Michaels and Eunans but given the way games have played out in the group could be dour even though it has potential to be very entertaining if the teams go for it. If ur looking for attractive football obviously Kilcar and Bundoran are a good watch. If Milford bring it fully (already qualified) their game against a backs against the wall Glenswilly has the potential to be a cracker. Personally I would probably take in Glenfin and Four Masters in a winner takes all game. Some interesting games at intermediate namely Naomh Brid and Red Hughs which again is a winner takes all. Plus alot of hype around a young player Aaron Doherty who plays for Naomh Colmcille so could be worth seeing.

Doherty's Naomh Columba, but aye I'd love another look at him in action.

Add a good day to the list & I would back Kilcar at the moment.

Gaoith Dobhair would be the big threat, a super team with talent all through but Kilcar have the forwards.
