Ulster counties should have an advantage going into the All-Ireland series having been battle hardened in their provincial championship. I can never understand how people think games against division 4 opposition sets them up for the championship. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 10075 - 08/03/2014 18:39:26 1556634 Link 0 |

Kildare a little unlucky to lose by 10, didn't deserve that but Dublin were far sharper up front. realdub (Dublin) - Posts: 8821 - 08/03/2014 20:34:20 1556685 Link 0 |

The Ulster Championship is excellent if you actually manage to win it, but a preliminary loss ( eg. If Tyrone lose against Down this year ) still leaves you in a dark place facing a long difficult road to the All Ireland series. MichaelO (Tyrone) - Posts: 820 - 08/03/2014 20:37:31 1556689 Link 0 |

Same problems in the backs. The FB line were Ok but none of the runners were being picked up, on another day we could have conceded 3 or 4. Midfield were in and out of the game. Forward line was very good. CaisleanCnucha (Dublin) - Posts: 1379 - 08/03/2014 20:40:20 1556692 Link 0 |

Yes Kildare missed a number of good goal chances hit the post four times? i'd say the right score should have been a 3 or 4 win for Dublin. Mr_Pundit (UK) - Posts: 677 - 08/03/2014 20:46:21 1556696 Link 0 |

In the game I saw Pundit; the Dubs missed as many goal chances as Kildare! TheGateKeeper (Tyrone) - Posts: 2843 - 08/03/2014 21:04:35 1556710 Link 0 |

Mr Pundit would you stop yes Kildare had goal chances but so did Dublin , ten points was exactly right we were way ahead of Kildare tonight. Only worry is our full back line again way to open back there. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 08/03/2014 21:20:41 1556720 Link 0 |

I assumed it was full time when I saw the score. What a crazy game in Cork. Defending seems to have gone out the window in div 1 this season. CaisleanCnucha (Dublin) - Posts: 1379 - 09/03/2014 14:25:18 1556869 Link 0 |
