Replying To minor77:  "I believe that PJ is meeting the players this evening a clear the air meeting should tell a lot"
Yes, I heard this also. Time for a concrete decision to be made once and for all.
If players do not want PJ, time to make their voices be heard. They sacrifice too much of their time if they do not see things improving.

I've read some strange things on this site but few stranger than saying Galway club is shocking when its won the last 3 All Ireland's and the only teams thatve got anywhere close or beat that team are all within the county. Bizarre stuff

Cian O'Neill in as coach with PJ. Most people knew PJ was going to stay on in fairness, but that a shake up was needed in the backroom team. This could be interesting, I wonder has anyone left the backroom team to make way for O'Neil...

A "big" name, journeyman, who has won nothing announced as our new football coach, what a charade.

Watched the Tuam game, they looked unfitter and a little disorganized this year compared Cartons first two years in charge.."
Belclare - any wonder nobody likes you

Nothing appointment in fairness. O NEILL has more experience than Pj and scan put together but he'll have no say..
The sooner this circus ends the better..

I hope u are wrong, but fear u might be correct.

O'Neill has a top level sports science background. At the very least his input into S&C would bring us on miles.

If used correctly he could make a big difference.

Did any of the back room team leave?

The Three Amigos last hope.

Absolutely pathetic charade that has led to this.

Such a lack of respect for the players

They did all they could for the good of Galway football and they have been treated like this

Sick of seeing PJs supporters saying we can't judge him because of covid. Newsflash covid wasn't confined to Galway

Time will tell if this is rearranging the chairs on the titanic or a masterstroke.

PJ needs to steady the ship and make sure there are no more players leaving. It look awful.

We've been asleep for too long now. Players need a firm hand. I think PJ might be too "real" for some of them. Just because Scan is involved doesn't mean we aren't winning all Irelands.

We are in the midst of a social media crop of players who are too concerned with wearing bow ties to the races and advertising online. The truth can hurt.

Signing up one of the best coaches in the country is lack of respect for the players?

That's extremely generous to call him one of the best.

If he was announced as manager, I'd have more hope.
