Best wishes to Cian on his recovery from injury..will be a huge loss but now maybe someone else can step up..also cians health is more important than hurling..pity he misses rest of munster..

Hopefully he will be back for the all ireland series. A huge loss if not. Like you say though his health is priority. The worst thing of all would be if it was aggravated again by going back too soon. It must be a bad enough tear

He had a hamstring issue prior to the Waterford game. He probably shouldn't have started . Kyle Hayes should gave been taken off sooner in the Cork game aswell. He too had a dodgy hamstring prior to the Cork game. Both guys could have been managed better I think.

Bloodyban limerick have some of best medics involved with them so I wouldn't question them and I wouldn't believe all rumors that are heard..would you say Waterford didn't protect daly when he didn't leave field straight away or that mayo didn't protect Mullen who also left the field with a hamstring problem..injuries happen and they are part of sport..

I'd totally agree with the fact that Limerick have a great management and med team. I just feel Kyle could have been substituted earlier. He was left on too long considering he was coming back from injury. Limerick were well ahead. He had a dodgy hamstring and he aggravated it by staying on too long.. That's a fact
Anyone can get injured at any time. Of course and Limerick outside of tbe cruciate Injuries are luckier than most.

Limerick footballers beat Clare on penalties, after finishing level after extra time. Well done to your footballers.

Congratulations to the Footballers on a fine. To beat a team, away from Home, that were one division above them in the League last year was an excellant achievement

Great game and good result last night. There's a few gems on this team to keep us driving forward at senior level for the next 5/6 years.

Superb performance last night from the Under 20s. However, I have one complaint. The Official Attendance Figure was less than 5,000- a far cry from twenty years ago, when they would have four times that figure for corresponding fixtures- yet all Match Programmes were sold out ten minutes befors throw in time.
