Replying To Punter72007:  "I think that is a fair point about Dunbar. He had a hectic schedule in the spring time.
Also, like the horses analogy, some lads are better on firmer ground ... Dunne might be in that category.
And then, we aren't at training sessions and seeing who is going well or not going well.
I agree with the sparing use of Morris ... you want him fresh and able to score that point or two when the game is in the melting pot."
I think Morris will have a big role to play off the bench with his experience . I see the stand tickets for the Galway game are sold out too.

Yeah. I just got my tickets in time yesterday evening. Stand was sold out a short while later.Looks like there's going to be a huge crowd on Sunday week.

Very important that as many of us go that can go think during covid lack of crowds definitely effected our lads more than any other county.Could make the difference in a tight game between winning and losing

That statement is a bit hard to swallow. Why would it effect us more than other counties? Limerick, Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford, Clare etc are all very passionate supporters. There is no evidence to support your claim. We had a big following in Nowlan park. Im afraid it didn't do us much good ,did it?

Tried Ticketmaster and Leinster council to get tickets for the Dublin game on the 23rd. Told me they were unavailable. Where did you get your tickets WEX98?

According to the Wexford People Richie Lawlor, Kyle Scallan, Dylan Whelan and Justin Moran are out injured for the u20s at the weekend , threw in what I guessed the team might look like (could easily be way off the mark), only factored in lads born in 2002&03,a few lads off last years minors looked good and are overage this year not sure if there straight into the u20s players like Cian O'Tuama, Eoin Whelan, Sean Cooney and Luke Murphy. Couple of older Gorey lads Cian Browne and JJ Twamley probably in contention too also Paddy Whitty from Cloughbawn.

No not on that day but we just didn't perform that day so crowd hadn't much of an impact I'm talking about the tight games that are in the melting pot where a bigger crowd gets the players adrenaline flowing.

No it didn't because we were not at the races what I'm talking about is when the game is in the melting pot a large vocal crowd can be worth the extra point or two any of the players will agree with me.

I would have said we outnumbered Waterford by at least 2 to 1 in the new stand anyway. Seen Brendan Furlong in the Wexford People say the same thing that Waterford outnumbered us 3 to 1 . Don't think that was the case at all.

I wouldn't agree taught it was more 50/50, probably felt like 3-1 as they had so much more to cheer about.

Serious team to be fair, especially when you factor in the absentees and some of the younger lads that could be in contention. I think Twamley has a chance to slot in somewhere, though we looked well stacked in the forwards.

Strong looking team Wexico. Hope after last year they have their eye firmly on the ball.
