This week's Lotto draw takes place on Friday the 27th. Have all tickets returned by 9pm whether they are sold or unsold. Hard luck to our Intermediate team who lost out to Annacurra last weekend in the championship. We were unlucky to be reduced to fourteen men in the opening minutes and we were under pressure from here in. Despite this Valleymount fought until the end and the only difference between the sides was Annacurra's ability to get goals at crucial stages in the game. The final score was Annacurra 3-13 to 0-09.

Well done to the Junior team who had a great win over Stratford in their final Division 4 game of the year. This was the first game to be played on our pitch since it had been re-opened. A big thank you to all who helped in getting the field marked out and ready for last week's game. The Junior team has made big improvements this year and finish fourth in the table with 8 wins. We play Blessington in our championship opener this Friday in Donard. All support welcome.

Our ladies team will play Eire Og in the senior championship semi final in a couple of weeks. Keep up the training and hard work girls. Hard luck to the county ladies team who lost out in their championship quarter final by a point at the weekend.
