As it is a hurling weekend, the senior football championship is on hold, but there is plenty of action in the intermediate and junior championships.

Baltinglass is the venue for a double header in the intermediate championship on Saturday evening where Shillelagh and Kilbride meet and this will be followed by the meeting Annacurra and Valleymount.

Aughrim and Kilcoole clash in their third of the intermediate games this weekend and the former will be favourites to take the points here.

There are five games in the junior 'A' championship as Baltinglass play Enniskerry, St Patrick's face Kilmacanogue; Blessington v. Ballinacor; Newcastle v. Laragh, Eire Og v. Kiltegan. Tweet
