Waterford hurlers make the journey to O'Connor Park, Tullamore to take on Offaly in the next round of the NHL Division 1B campaign.

The game has been brought forward by 24hrs to Saturday afternoon after there was a disagreement with the Offaly footballers and hurlers.

This is a must win game for Waterford and although they enter the match as favourites, they will be taking nothing for granted against the Faithful County.

Maurice Shanahan got much needed game time in a challenge against Tipperary last week and he is sure to feature against Offaly at the weekend.

It remains to be seen if their Waterford IT contingent of Pauric Mahony, Jake Dillon and Austin Gleeson will be used at the weekend, but regardless Waterford should still have enough firepower to see them over the line.
