The club would like to wish all of our members and supporters a Happy New Year and we hope you all enjoyed your Christmas.

 

Please keep an eye out for the club notes for upcoming events such as the AGM towards the end of the month and of course dates for training to work off the extra calories I'm sure you indulged in over the Christmas (Ronan Gaughan!).

 

Club Trip / Keith O'Neill's 40th Birthday Bonanza (3rd-6th March)

 

St Claret's veteran Keith O'Neill will be celebrating his 40th birthday in March (yes you read that correctly, he hasn't turned 40 yet) and to celebrate his eligibility for the Masters team this year he is organising a trip to his native Athlone, Westmeath that all members of the club are welcome too.

If we manage to get enough numbers over we will also organise a match against his home club, Clann Na nGael.

 

It is the first trip that several members of the club will be taking together for a few years so don't miss out.

 

The flights most lads are booking already are as follows:

 

OUTBOUND: Friday 3rd March, 18.35 Stansted - Dublin

INBOUND: Monday 6th March, 17.20 Dublin - Heathrow

 

Of course these flights may not suit everyone but if you get yourselves to Athlone that's a start. Hopefully we can also organise a bus from Dublin Airport to Athlone to make things a little easier.

 

Some members are also travelling back on the Sunday so don't feel left out if you can't stay until the Monday.
