MEN'S FOOTBALL

The Men's team suffered disappointment in the Junior Championship semi-finals against Tara in Greenford on Sunday last.  Unfortunately, we were slow out of blocks as our opponents built up a lead in the early stages. Dulwich came back into the game in the latter part of the first half and would have gone in at the break closer to our opponents had it not been for some wayward shooting. Half-time score: Tara 1-07 Dulwich 0-03.

Dulwich needed a quick start to the second period but Tara began the second period in the same manner as the first. Nonetheless the boys remained competitive until the end of the game with some excellent scores. Final score: Tara 1-17 Dulwich 1-08.

There is not much time for dwell on the result as the Men's team are still in the running for the League semi-finals with one league game remaining.
