MEN'S FOOTBALL

Dulwich played against St. Clarets in the final round of the Championship group stages on Saturday last at Tottenhall Sports Ground. With both teams assured of places in the semi-finals, this game was to decide who finished top.

The game was played in extremely windy conditions and Dulwich were slow to make use of the wind advantage in the initial stages. Once Dulwich had reached parity with Clarets at five points apiece, they were dealt with a double blow just before the interval with two quick-fire goals. Half-time: St Clarets 2-5 Dulwich Harps 0-5.

Dulwich began the second half brightly but their opponents used the wind advantage to much greater effect running out winners on a scoreline of 4-10 to 0-07.

Following this results and those elsewhere, Dulwich have been drawn in the semi-finals against Tara. This fixture is scheduled to take place on the weekend of September 10-11th. Further information will be published once available.
