There is no fundamentals on this week. Fundamentals has finished for the year. Big thanks to Noel Loughran for doing such a splendid job with our youngest group all year. Football for U8 boys (P3 & P4), U10 boys (P5 & P6) and U12 boys  (P7 & Year 1) is on from 7.00 > 8.00 pm on Thursday (22nd) evening. Our U8 boys have a blitz on Saturday (24th) morning in Carrickmore. All players meet up at the community centre at9.30 am sharp. Last Saturday (17th) our U11 squad headed to a sun-drenched Aghaloo, to play in the Brendan McGlone / Kevin O'Gorman Tournament. We had 3 very competitive matches in the preliminary rounds where we met Aghaloo, Coalisland and Truagh. We suffered 2 narrow defeats to Aghaloo and Truagh, but a comprehensive win over Coalisland resulted in Killeeshil coming 2nd in our group. After the lunchtime break, the boys were paired off against Aghabog in the quarter-final of the Brendan McGlone Cup. This was a super game of football with every Killeeshil player giving it 100%. After 14 minutes of intense play, we had scored 2-8 to their 3-7 , a 2 point loss for our boys. The lads were disappointed to be heading home at this stage, but none of the U11 coaches on the day could have asked for any more. This was a brilliant performance all round. Thanks to our hosts Aghaloo, for a well organised event. The U12 boys have a match on Monday (26th) night at 7 pm at home against Coalisland so all players meet up at the community centre at 6.30 pm sharp.

Girls U8 (P3 and P4) and U10 (P5 and P6) training continues this Wednesday (21st) from 6 > 7 pm.

Our U12 girls continue training this Wednesday (21st) evening from 6 pm to 7 pm.

Our seniors ladies continue training this Wednesday (21st) at 7 pm and Friday (time TBC)

The men's reserve team travelled to Drumquin last Saturday (17th) evening, missing a lot of available players to play in the Reserve Championship. The players who attended, gave it their all as the game finished all square after normal time. Extra time followed and unfortunately at the end our men lost out by 1 point. Final score = Killeeshil 1-17 Drumquin 3-12. Training this week is on Tuesday & Thursday at 7.30 pm. This Sunday the 25th of June, we play Drumquin at home in the league. Reserve game at 2.15 pm and Senior game at 3.45 pm. All support is much appreciated for our men.

Well done to all the cyclists who represented our club at the Spirit of Paul McGirr Charity Cycle last Saturday (17th). They set off from Dromore and cycled 78 miles, stopping at 7 GAA clubs collecting donations for the Spirit of Paul McGirr Charity. Thanks to Colm Quinn for driving the support van and also to the ladies for providing refreshments in the community centre!

Congratulations to Paddy Donaghy who won the recent "Name it to claim it Competion," a fundraiser organised by our minor boys. Paddy finished with 44 points, closely followed by Conor Holland with 43.

Well done to the Tyrone senior men who were victorious over Donegal in the Ulster semi-final in Clones, last Sunday, the 18th of June.

Our thoughts and prayers are with any families in the area who are dealing with illness in their family at this time.
