Ardscoil Rís of Limerick and Our Ladys Templemore will contest this year's Dr Harty Cup final following today's semi-finals.
The Limerick school enjoyed a 0-13 to 1-9 penultimate stage victory over St Colman's of Fermoy in Kilmallock.
Kyle Cronin scored the only goal of the game but Ardscoil Rís recovered from that set-back to scrape through to their fourth final in seven years.
Meanwhile, extra-time was required to separate Our Ladys Templemore and De La Salle of Waterford in Bansha.
The Tipperary students, bidding for a first outright success in the competition since 1978, prevailed on a scoreline of 2-15 to 2-13.
Full-forward Jerry Kelly's extra-time goal was the difference at the end of a thrilling encounter.
Earlier on, Our Ladys captain Anthony Ryan denied De La Salle with a goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time to force extra-time.
