Intermediate winners Ballinlough picked up their first points while Blackhall Gaels made up for last weeks disappointing loss by beating Walterstown in Skryne.
In the intermediate championship Nobber were too strong for last years junior winners Cortown in Carnaross. St Michaels and Kilmainham shared the spoils in Moynalty.
