AFL4: third win for Dunsany

March 30, 2015

Dunsany's Mark Brennan

Dunsany 2-9
Moynalty 0-8

Dunsany recorded their third straight win in division 4 of the all county a leagues on a miserable Sunday afternoon.

Moynalty were quickest out of the blocks and settled well scoring two early points. Declan Smyth opened the hosts account.  Moynalty raced into the lead but points from Alan Kelly and Mark Brennan kept Dunsany in touch at the break. After the break Dunsany clawed their way back and the introduction of veteran Brian Faherty seemed to settle Dunsany. Josh Dennehy pounced and a parry from the Moynalty keeper to punch the ball to the net. Brennan goaled soon after to seal the victory.
