Feis Cup: Summerhill caught by Skryne comeback

On a wet miserable day in Skyrne the wind had a big part to play in the match. Summerhill dominated the first half with a goal from David Larkin putting them into a comfortable led at half time. Summerhill 1-6 to Skyrne's 4pts.

Skryne took control in the second half. With the wind on their back, they limited  Summerhill to scoring only 3 points, tying the match 1-9 to 0-12 at full time.

The match went to extra time and despite the last kick of the game being a goal from Brian Ennis, Summerhill lost the match by a point. It was a tough game for both teams with Summerhill showing great fight all the way to the finish.
The final score after extra time was 2-11 to 1-15.
