Delight for Glen Loughran and Cortown as St Brigids are defeated in the JFC quarter final at Kilskyre.

It was all to play for in Group A of the hoganstand.com Meath SFC this evening.

Skryne advanced with a narrow win over Dunboyne in a winner takes all clash at Trim. Wolfe Tones as expected maintained their 100% record with 3 goals to spare over Blackhall Gaels. Oldcastle remain pointless as Duleek Bellewstown took the third spot.

Ballivor maintained their 100% record with a narrow win over Donaghmore Ashbourne. Ratoath finished second and despite a heavy defeat to the the Dublin border outfit Clann Na nGael advance after finishing third. Carnaross join Nobber and Kilmainham in the relegation battle.

In Kilskyre, Cortown held on to defeat St Brigids in the Junior A championship quarter final by two points. Cortown finished the game with 13 players.
