Mayo forwards not hungry enough for O'Hara's liking

With the notable exception of Andy Moran, Mayo's forwards aren't contributing enough to the scoreboard, according to Eamon O'Hara.

While all of Mayo's starting attackers got on the scoresheet against Tipperary, Moran was the only one to really hurt Tipp with four points from play.

"Andy was the flash of brightness that you can see in this Mayo attack line," RTE pundit O'Hara observed.

"He just wants to be a scorer. At every chance. You look at the good forwards, Kevin McManamon, Bernard Brogan, Colm Cooper, James O'Donoghue... these guys want scores"

The former Sligo All Star, who managed Moran's club side Ballaghaderreen last year, added: "Too many of the Mayo players aren't hungry enough to get themselves on the scoreboard, aren't hungry enough to really go for it, except Andy.

"Mayo don't seem to show that and that's where they are failing."
