After round one of the Allianz Football Leagues, we pick our team of the week and 13 counties are represented...

1. Brendan Kealy (Kerry)

Dublin sent Kerry home with their tail between their legs but the margin of defeat would have been greater were it not for a couple of fine saves from Kealy.

2. Donal Keogan (Meath)

The Royals have enjoyed a positive start to 2016 and their captain has been their most consistent performer.

3. Michael Fitzsimons (Dublin)

Who will replace Rory O'Carroll in the number 3 jersey? Fitzsimons put his hand up with an assured performance against the Kingdom.

4. Ollie Lyons (Kildare)

The Lilywhites enjoyed a four point victory away against Westmeath in Mullingar and are favourites to claim Division 3 honours.

5. Ryan McHugh (Donegal)

The diminutive McHugh found the back of the Down net twice as Donegal coasted to a 17 point victory against Down.

6. Rory Brennan (Tyrone)

The 21-year-old made some telling incursions into enemy territory as the Red Hands prevailed in a close encounter with Cavan.

7. Joey O'Connor (Offaly)

The Faithful County made a winning start to Division 3 and the half-back was one of the standout performers for Pat Flanagan's charges.

8. Emmet Bradley (Derry)

Produced a commanding display around the middle third of the field as Derry hit Fermanagh with a second-half blitz.

9. Gary Brennan (Clare)

The influential Banner captain scored the all-important goal in his side's seven point victory over Sligo at Miltown-Malbay.

10. Paul Kerrigan (Cork)

Marked his first outing as captain of the Rebel County with three points in their dismantling of Mayo.

11. Dermot Malone (Monaghan)

Malone's goal set the wheels in motion for Monaghan's second-half comeback against Roscommon.

12. Declan Byrne (Louth)

The hard working half-forward's return of 1-3 helped Louth get over the line against London in Darver.

13. Damien Comer (Galway)

The Laois defence will be glad to see the back of Comer who picked their pockets to the tune of 2-2.

14. Michael Murphy (Donegal)

Produced another exhibition of dead ball kicking and a sideline effort was worth the admission price alone.

15. Paddy Andrews (Dublin)

Continued where he left off in 2015 with a eye-catching performance against the Kingdom and scored 1-4 from play.
