Laois clubs benefit from Sports Capital Programme

Seven Laois GAA clubs have benefited from the Sports Capital Programme.
Laois sports clubs received over €750,000 in funding through the programme with The Harps GAA club receiving €90,000, while Borris-in-Ossory got €75,000.
Other GAA clubs to benefit in the county were Colt, Ballypickas, Annanough, Clonad and Castletown who all received substantial sums.
Laois faired better than a lot of counties such as Offaly who received €522,000 and Carlow who were awarded €545,000.
