Aisling McGing U21 Championship -

Dublin's second round U21 championship fixture with Galway due to be played this coming Sunday May 31st has been cancelled owing to the withdrawal of the Tribeswomen from the 2015 competition.

Last Sunday Galway were handed down a 7-29 to 0-02 hammering by Cork in last weekend's opening round fixture while reigning champions Dublin ran out 7-10 to 0-05 winners over Meath.

This Sunday Cork will travel to Walterstown for a 2pm meeting with the Royal Count in the only remaining "A" U21 fixture.

Dublin LGFA along with Cork and Meath are awaiting communication from the National Fixtures Committee regarding the continued format of the 2015 U21 "A" competition.

The Counties are particularly anxious to learn the situation regarding how the knock out stages will progress especially now as only three teams remain involved in the "A" competition.

Meanwhile in the "B" competition Cavan travel to Longford, Mayo travel to Roscommon and Louth welcome Tyrone to the wee County.
