Hugh Glass Gup: There was a feast of football at Watty Graham Park on Saturday as the Under 12 Hugh Glass tournament took place. Glen 'A' won the Cup section, defeating Newbridge in the final. Ballinascreen won the Shield, defeating Desertmartin in the final. Thanks to visiting clubs Scotstown, Ballinascreen, Desertmartin, Newbridge, Castledawson and Glenullin for taking part. Also thanks goes to everyone who made the tournament possible especially Roger McDermott and his management team.

 

Under 13's: In the semi-final of the Under 13 championship, Glen were narrowly defeated by Lavey on a scoreline of Glen 3-07 Lavey 2-12. The lads put in a great performance but were pipped at the post by a couple of late Lavey points. There has been much improvement in the performances of this team which is very encouraging for the 2017 season. In the 'B' section, Glen played Slaughtneil in their final league game and were narrowly defeated on a scoreline of Glen 1-06 Slaughtneil 2-08.

 

Christmas Gear Orders: The white jersey and navy micro fleece can still be ordered for another few weeks so they are still available to purchase online. The Uhlsport 1/2 zips and hoodie options are available to order until 14th November. The bobble hats are available until quantities run out.
