Lavey are sweating over the fitness of their county star Cailean O'Boyle ahead of their SFC clash against defending champions Slaughtneil.

O'Boyle is struggling to shake off a hamstring injury since the end of Derry's All-Ireland campaign which ended at the hands of Galway in the qualifiers.

Slaughtneil also have their injury concerns as Gerald Bradley is rated as doubtful, as he missed the club's SHC win over Ballinscreen last weekend.

This is one of eight games over the weekend with seven of them being played at Owenbeg over the coming days.
