Other items such as jerseys, shorts, socks, tracksuit bottoms, under-armours, body warmers, coats etc. are in stock and can be bought from the gear shop at the pitch. Please contact one of the following for details: Conor Molloy 07810556039; Roisin Lagan 07759838461; Louise Strathern 07756400317 or Donal Convery 07833336106.
Adult Irish Language Classes: Adult Irish Language Classes are running in the Glen Centre every Friday 7.30pm - 9pm. Numbers have been low to date so please support! Beginners and Intermediate Levels available. Everyone welcome - Fáilte roimh chách!
Under 13 Football: Our Under 13 footballers took on Dungiven in the semi-final of the championship on Monday evening. The boys were very unlucky and were defeated by the narrowest of margins however they played with great determination and skill and it bodes well for the Under 14 season next year. Final score Dungiven 4-05 Glen 1-13.
Fixtures: Our Under 21's take on Ballinderry in Ballinderry on Wednesday evening at 8pm. Please make an effort to get along and support your team.
Underage Notice: Underage Strength & Conditioning programme will begin in the Glen Centre on Wednesdays from 6.30pm -7.30pm (Under 8s) and Fridays from 6.30pm - 9.30pm (Under 10s, 12s & 14s) from Wednesday 5th November. The U16s and Minors will be using the Gym from 7.30pm - 10.00pm on Wednesdays from 5th November.

Watty Ball Drop: Tickets for the forthcoming Watty Ball Drop are now on sale. The tickets have been distributed in a similar fashion to the 'Watty Cow Clap' tickets last year i.e 30 co-coordinators distributing tickets to the membership and also collect the returns. If everyone pulls their weight this will be a very successful fundraising venture. Please play your part!

Suicide Awareness & Prevention: Please attend a 1 hour Suicide Awareness Talk in the Glen Centre on Wednesday 29th October at 8pm. It is open to everyone over 15 years old. Players, mentors & coaches, parents, club members, supporters, the entire community and other GAA Clubs especially welcome.

Come Dine With Me: Watty Graham's are holding a 'Come dine with me' on Saturday 15th November. We are encouraging all members and parents of underage players to become a host of 8 or 10 friends for the evening. We are asking for £20 per head (£15 minimum). If your cooking isn't of Gordon Ramsey or Nigella Lawson standard then it's perfectly acceptable to pay a quick visit to the local Take-Away, Chinese, Indian or Pizza outlet. The organising committee consists of Joe Mallon, Stephen Murtagh, Fergal McCusker, Aileen McKenna, Barry Slowey, Bernard O'Loughlin, Eamon Convery, Niall Mallon, Roisin Lagan, Una McGroggan, Conor Molloy and Ronan McKenna. The plan is for all hosts to encourage their guests to be ready to leave their home from 10pm onwards and a free shuttle bus will be provided in order to bring everyone to the Glen Centre where live music will be offer. Should be a great night's craic and a great fundraiser for the club.
Congratulations: Congratulations to our neighbours Slaughtneil on winning the John McLaughlin Cup and the double. A great achievement.
Keep Updated: Keep updated with all the goings on in the club at the official club website (www.wattygrahamsgac.com); Facebook (Watty Grahams Glen GAC) and twitter (@WattygrahamsGAA). One member of each management team in all codes is asked to email a short match report to the PRO ([email protected]) for inclusion in weekly notes. Also please send details of upcoming fixtures for inclusion on club website.
