Kieran Mulvey's Arbitration decision, which will see Cork players once again take to the field, has included the bombshell that Teddy Holland must be removed as football manager. Mulvey's decision, which is binding and will be undertaken by the Cork county board and their players, has seen three main recommendations. The main decision delivered is for Teddy Holland and his selection team to step back. The second decree is that a new football manager be appointed by a selection committee made up of five county board members and two player representatives The final order of the arbitration process is that the Cork players are not allowed to go on strike at any time in the future.
